We are looking for a talented QA Lead to work on the Solutions Delivery & Integration team as part of the product organization responsible for delivering the SG Digital Product Platform to both new and existing customers.
The QA Lead role will be central to the Solutions Delivery & Integration team. The QA Lead will be working alongside Delivery Managers, Delivery Leads, Programme and Project Managers and Integration Engineers in order to shape and implement the technology and product deliverables that will drive forward this strategic team.
Defining levels of test coverage for specific deliverables, in line with product requirements and associated SLAs.
Working with the Project Manager or Release Manager to help plan and give accurate status updates on QA progress for a project.
Collaborate closely with fellow QA leads and QA Manager to ensure consistency across the wider Solution Delivery and Integration team.
Managing and reporting quality metrics for each project.
Ensure that the processes followed by the Solutions Delivery and Integration team follow QA/QE best practices wherever possible.
Ensuring structured feedback is provided to the development teams.
Line management of QA resources including pastoral care, formal reviews, and both identification and provisioning of training needs.
Work with the Solution Integration and Delivery Management team to ensure QA resources create an appropriate team. Considering levels of experience/capability and fulfilment of roles.
Involvement in the recruitment of QA employees.
Manage the implementation of QA automation strategies.
Production of functional and integration test cases and associated documentation as required.
If you’re the right QA Lead for us, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
Ideally 6+ years experience in a hands-on QA and development role, plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams of highly technical QA and test staff;
Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies for complex IT projects working in Agile environments, for full lifecycle through to production deployment, also with focus on non-functional requirements, notably performance, security and scalability;
Experience of Selenium, Appium, Webdriver IO, Gatlin/Jmeter/Locust and OR similar automated tools/frameworks
Experience in contributing to group strategic planning or responsibility for team strategy;
Proven communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, working with internal and client stakeholders and QA counterparts;
Dealing with change on a daily basis; must be comfortable both with external factors driving this change as well as internals;
Should be opinionated, especially about quality.
