Job Description

This role joins an expanding talent acquisition team in Greece and focusses on sourcing technical resource for our Athens office working alongside a team of globally dispersed Talent Acquisition professionals in other regions. The team works to SLA's around quality, speed and number of hires for the business strategic needs. You will be passionate about talent acquisition and pull on previous experience to provide input into strategic direction. As a business we operate quite a flat structure so you must be comfortable communicating with the Executive leadership team and levels below and also be involved in senior level hires and other recruitment as and when required.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding business vacancy requirements 

  • Developing sourcing strategy using various techniques 

  • Qualifying and interviewing candidates and communicating job offers.  

  • Establishing relationships with outside sources such as ad agencies, placement firms, headhunters, etc. and ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained.   

  • Ensuring an excellent candidate journey and experience.  


  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition  

  • You will thrive in a fast paced, driven and demanding organisation 

  • Ideally Athens based but we operate a hybrid working model and can be flexible in this regard.   

  • You will be an excellent communicator externally and internally 

  • Work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams across the globe  

  • You will have a passion for continuous improvement to ensure the team build a reputation for being a best practice shared service that provides a platform for future growth.
