Job Description

For the successful delivery of SGD content and other related business projects. Working in a matrix environment, the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with project delivery teams, wider business departments, executive management, as well as external partners. They will line manage an international team of Project Managers and lead on instilling best practice across the Studios.

Please note this is a 12 month Contract 

Primary Responsibilities -

  • Line management responsibility of Project Management Team 
  • Mentor Project Management Team with focus on best practice, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Support Project Delivery Teams to meet agreed delivery objectives; and with problem solving, managing risks, issues and dependencies
  • Escalate priority items to relevant Management as appropriate 
  • Work with the PMs and Studio teams to plan in all SGD content so that timelines are clear, understood and tracked
  • Manage project pipelines and resource allocation across studios with Studio Managers
  • Manage and improve relevant internal reporting packs
  • Identify, support and implement relevant process improvements
  • Financial management to support the finance department

  • Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Project management experience 
  • Line management experience
  • iGaming and industry knowledge is desirable 
  • Previous operational, delivery and/or process improvement experience desirable


  • Agile Practitioner 
  • Ability to understand technical language and concepts
  • Experience of using tools such as Microsoft Project server, JIRA & Confluence
  • Strong reporting & presentation skills
